Yes, you'll be glad to read that thanks to our sophisticated UI, all Netgem TV devices are preloaded with subtitles, in up to seven different languages, preference and demographic dependent.
However, Freeview decides which specific programmes are broadcasted with subtitles with some programmes missing out

You can enable subtitles by following the steps below:
- Navigate to the "Settings" menu on your Netgem TV device
- Under the "Personalisation" row, select "Accessibility"
3. Select the "Subtitles" option from the pop-up menu
4. Choose the language you would like the subtitles to appear in
You can also enable subtitles by playing the channel and selecting the "Settings" option on the pop-up panel displayed at the bottom of the screen. Use the right key on the remote to select the language you want.
