To watch live Freeview channels on your Netgem TV device, you'll typically need to connect your Set-top Box to a TV aerial.
However, if you don't have an aerial, there's good news! Netgem has agreed with the BBC to roll out access to all BBC channels directly through the TV guide and remote control (by keying in 1, 2, etc.). Note: This will require you to sign into BBC iPlayer initially, before proceeding to play the channel.
This means you can still enjoy BBC channels even without an aerial, as they’re available over your Broadband connection.
You can also access more than 40 apps with your Netgem TV service. You can find all of your applications under the “All apps” section on the box. Some Freeview channels have their own apps, such as BBC iPlayer, where you can find some Live TV, but not all Freeview channels have this option.
