Do I need an aerial before I can use my device?

Netgem TV is designed to offer a wide range of viewing options. An aerial is required to watch live Freeview channels, however, it is not necessary for you to access all other features of the service.

You can enjoy Cinema, Entertainment, Sports, News, and much more through a simple internet connection (Wi-Fi/Ethernet cable).

• Adding an aerial gives you access to live Freeview channels.
