I already have a Netgem TV device, but I did not register. What do I do now?

If you have previously registered your device, you will need to download the Netgem TV mobile app from the Google Play store or the Apple store and follow the onscreen instructions to register and pair your device.

If you still have not registered, do not worry because you can still download the mobile app and access all of its contents.
