To set up and start using your new device, please follow the two steps below:
- Connecting your Netgem TV device to your TV:

- Insert the HDMI cable into your Netgem TV device and TV
- If you require assistance in locating the port connections, on your Netgem TV device, please click here
- Connect your aerial cable into the "Aerial" port of your Netgem TV device
- Link your Netgem TV device to your router using an Ethernet Cable or connect via WiFi
- Insert the provided power supply cable and switch on your Netgem TV device using your remote control
- Ensure that you're on the correct HDMI source. A welcome screen will appear.
- Insert the HDMI cable into your Netgem TV device and TV
2. Configuring your Netgem TV device for use:

- Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your device. The first step is to connect your box to the internet via ethernet cable or Wi-Fi. If your box is connected via ethernet cable all you need to do is select "Continue".

- If connecting via Wi-Fi, please select your Wi-Fi network and input the password.

- Set a 4-digit parental control pin and select to 'disable' or 'enable' your parental control settings.

- Your aerial would have scanned your channels. If an aerial cable was not connected, you can skip this step and revisit it later.

- Read through the terms and conditions, and select 'Accept'

- A 4-digit code will appear on your TV screen and an instruction to download the Netgem TV mobile app, so you can register and pair your Netgem TV device.

- Download the Netgem TV Mobile App from the Google Play Store or App store to complete the registration and set up of your Netgem TV device.

- On your mobile app, follow the instructions and input the 4-digit code. This will pair your Mobile Phone and Netgem TV device

- Sit back, relax and enjoy our service.
