To claim your warranty, you will need to have your proof of purchase. For direct device purchase customers, (Amazon/eBay) you would need your order ID and date of purchase. Your warranty is valid for 12 months. For our subscription customers – 3uK and direct subscription – You have a rolling warranty on your device for the duration of your subscription.
If your device is faulty and you wish to make use of your warranty, please contact our support team by chat on www.netgem.co.uk or email firstname.lastname@example.org. The support team will run some diagnostics on your device with your consent to check the cause of the issue and resolve it or, if needed, offer a replacement.
The replacement will be sent on a SWAP service where the courier will issue you with a new device and pick up the faulty one.
