How can I unlock channels and Apps?

To unlock channels, on your device, Go to MENU > Settings > personalization > parental settings 
Enter your PIN and go to 'TV CHANNELS LOCKED AND HIDDEN.'
Untick the channels you wish to unlock and press confirm.
