To check the network connectivity status of your Netgem TV device, please follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the "Settings" menu on your Netgem TV device
- Under the "Help & Support" row, select "Diagnostics"
3. Your internet status will be displayed as either "Connected" or "Disconnected". This would appear, as shown below:
Alongside your "Internet status", you can find details such as "Local network IP" (IP address), "Software version" etc.
