If you have a second set-top box or had your previous box replaced, you will find that the steps to pair with the mobile app differs because you have already downloaded the mobile app and signed into it.
Do not worry, here are the steps you need to take:
1) On the Netgem TV mobile app, select the Settings page.
2) Select the "New box pairing" option from the list.
3) Enter the 4-digit code displayed on your TV screen into the page displayed on your mobile phone.
4) After entering the code, the mobile and TV screens should indicate that pairing was successful after a few seconds.
