Super WiFi Secret Key
The default 'Secret Key' (Password) of your Super WiFi network is on the label, located on the back of your Main WiFi Pod (Password line). If you have changed the 'Secret Key' yourself and forgotten it, you may find it on your Netgem TV mobile app under:
My account > My Super WiFi > Manage your Super WiFi > My Super WiFi setup
Super WiFi Admin Password
Your Admin Account's default password is listed on the label, located on the back of your Main WiFi Pod (Password line).
If you have changed the Admin password yourself and forgotten it, you may select the 'Forgot Password' option. This can be found when logging into your 'Manage your Super WiFi' section, on your Netgem TV mobile app. You can see the 'Forgot Password' option on the bottom-right of the image shown below:
By selecting 'Forgot Password?' you will be taken to a screen that asks for your Super WiFi's SSID (Network Name). Upon entering your Super WiFi's SSID, you will receive an email with a confirmation code that will let you create a new Admin Password.
If you are already logged into your 'Admin Account', you may log out by pressing the "Log out from Admin account", at the bottom of the 'My Super WiFi' page. Then, you can continue with the 'Forgot Password' process mentioned above.
