How do I add new Secondary WiFi Pods to my Super WiFi network?

New Secondary Pods can be added to your current network at any time.

Setting up your new Secondary WiFi Pods:

1. Connect your Secondary Pod to the power and wait for the 'WAN', 'MESH', 'LAN' and 'WPS' LEDs to start flashing

2. Press the 'WPS' button at the back of your Main Pod and Secondary Pod to synchronise them. On your Secondary Pod, wait for the 'WPS' LED to switch off and after a few seconds the 'MESH' LED will switch on (static)

• • If the above does not happen within several minutes, please connect your Secondary Pod to a mains switch closer to the Main Pod and repeat the process. Once synchronisation is complete, you may move your Secondary Pod to an area a few meters away from the Main Pod or another Secondary Pod.

3. You can check that the 'Connectivity Status' or 'Position Status' of your new Secondary Pod, under 'My Super WiFi'. This section is found within your Netgem TV mobile app.
