How do I order Netgem TV WiFi Pods?

To order a pair of WiFi Pods, please send a request to our support team at support@netgem.co.uk or start a Live chat using the 'Help' button below. The customer support team will then get in touch to receive further details. Your WiFi Pods (x2) will be sent to you in 2 boxes, each containing the following:

• 1 x WiFi Pods
• 1 x Ethernet Cable        
• 1 x Power Cable
• 1 x Quick Start Guide

You may order additional WiFi Pods, to expand your home's WiFi coverage, by contacting the customer support team at support@netgem.co.uk. Please ensure that your subject line is 'Additional WiFi Pods', so the support team can identify your email.
