If you have forgotten your PIN, you will need to either reset your device or contact our support team.
Reset your device
To reset your device, please click the small square reset button on the side of the device five (5) times. This will reset your device and you will need to input all of your credentials again. Also, you will have to follow the on-screen setup instructions and enter the new PIN after setting up your network connection.
Please note you would lose your recordings and content found in your "My TV" menu.

Then, you would need to head over to the "Settings" menu on your Netgem TV device > Personalisation > Parental Settings > Enter your Master PIN > Modify PIN, to set a new 4-digit PIN for your device.
