If for any reason you'd like to change your PIN please follow the steps below (we won't peek, we promise!)
- Navigate to the "Settings" menu on your Netgem TV device
- Under the "Personalisation" row, select "Parental Settings"
3. Enter your PIN or Master PIN. If you have forgotten these, you may contact our support team by email at email@example.com or through live chat (on the bottom-right corner of our website)
4. Select the "Modify PIN" option from the pop-up menu
5. Enter a new PIN and under "Confirm", re-enter the new PIN. Select "Continue"
