If you are having any issues with your On-Demand App, please try the following:
- Check that your internet connection is working
- Check if the other 'On-Demand' apps are working
- Alter your HDMI resolution by:
- Navigating to your 'Settings' avenue on your Netgem TV device
- Select 'Sound & Picture'
3. Select 'HDMI Resolution'
4. Select '1920*1080 p60' or '1280*720 p60'
5. Try using the app again
